Poor quality jug

Poor quality jug, started leaking after a couple of months, says on the manual that there are replacement parts available on the website but cant find anywhere. Tried to contact but no response.

Bought this product to use the steam option. Within a couple of months the product started leaking awfully. I contacted the company who promised a replacement item which I never received and I have not been able to contact them since. Poor customer service
